Aim of the Cultural Diversity Resource Kit

Prioletti Consultants develop and provide a range of Cross Cultural Resources to assist services with their Cross Cultural Planning and competence.

This kit provides user-friendly access to information to assist all people involved in disability services. In particular, the kit aims to assist disability support providers in-

  • Implementing the Disability Services CALD Strategy;
  • Planning and delivering culturally and linguistically sensitive supports; and
  • Understanding and responding to the needs of people with a disability, their family and carers who are from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This kit provides a listing of information resources and the corresponding on-line link or contact details under seven main categories. The categories have practical application for planning and delivering disability supports.
